The Archipelago Sea Kayak Academy organises an educational sea kayak camp in the Archipelago Sea National Park on the island of Nötö.

 

The camp is for all paddling enthusiasts who want to learn more about sea kayaking in a nice group in a beautiful archipelago setting. Nötö is located in the middle of the Archipelago Sea National Park and is a great location for a cormorant camp.

 

The camp includes paddling training, excursions to the Archipelago Sea National Park, a cormorant laboratory, first aid training for paddlers, Yoga for paddlers, sauna by the sea and a nice get-together. The programme will be adapted according to the wishes of the participants.

 

Course location: The island of Nötö. Thu at 15.00 - SU at 15.00. We will meet at Nötö village beach on the arrival of the connection ferry Baldur and conclude the course on Sunday at 15.00. Baldur leaves Nötö on Sunday at 15.50. See more detailed travel instructions to Nötö here.

Suitability of the camp: The Nötö sea kayaking camp is for all paddlers. The prerequisite is a good basic fitness and that you know the basics of paddling and camping. Limited number of participants!

 

Price with your own paddling equipment: 140€

Price includes: programme, camping in your own tent, water supply, evening sauna.

 

Price incl. Paddling equipment: 240€

The price also includes: a quality sea kayak, a grommet, paddle and a paddling vest for the whole event.

 

Overnight stay and meals: The camp will take place in camping conditions on the island, staying in your own tents. If you wish, you can rent a tent from us, which we will erect for you. Each participant is responsible for their own meals. There is drinking water and a latrine on the island.

 

Take with you: Weather-appropriate paddling clothes, a change of clothes (packed waterproof), camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, platform), a water bottle, your own camping food, a camping stove and snacks for the trips. If you do not rent paddling equipment from us, please also bring your own seaworthy kayak equipped with a kayak trolley, a canoe cover, paddle, paddling vest and other necessary paddling equipment. The kayak is transported free of charge by the connecting ferry.
