Private coaching for sea kayaking just for you. You choose what you want to learn - we help you learn. Personalised teaching ensures a comfortable and effective way to learn. Teaching takes place in a camping environment in Korppoo on the Archipelago Sea. See more detailed travel instructions to Korppoo here. You can participate alone or in a small group (max 4 people at a time).

Private lessons subjects can be such as:

 

Practical paddling techniques
- Forward and backward paddling and stopping
- Tilting, supporting and preventing the kayak from tipping over
- Turning and steering the kayak in the desired direction (bow thrust, paddle rudder, understeer, front rudder)
- Going sideways
- Combining different steering techniques

 

Safety skills
- Self-rescue (different techniques)
- Pararescue (different techniques)
- Kayak and paddler safety equipment
- A kayak roll
- Towing
- Navigation and navigation in the outer archipelago
- Handling of the kayak in relation to wind and waves.

 

Price:
1 person: 60€ /hour/person
2 persons: 45€ /hour/person
3 persons: 35€ /hour/person
4 persons: 30€ /hour/person

 

The price includes: instruction and, if you wish, a kayak and other paddling equipment.
It is recommended to participate with your own kayak, if possible.
